Rules for using Northstar Wealth Map.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. You are responsible for information submitted through your device and for reviewing these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

2. Educational service only

Northstar Wealth Map provides calculators, estimates, questions, checklists, and educational roadmaps. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank, lender, accounting firm, law firm, insurance producer, fiduciary, government agency, or credit-repair organization. Use of the service does not create a professional-client, fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship.

3. No personalized professional advice

Outputs are based on information and assumptions you provide and may omit taxes, inflation, fees, market volatility, healthcare, local law, benefit rules, currency changes, and other material facts. Consult appropriately licensed professionals before making financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, mortgage, benefits, immigration, or healthcare decisions.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide information you are authorized to provide and reasonably believe is accurate.
• Verify calculations, rules, eligibility, prices, and deadlines with authoritative sources.
• Do not submit prohibited sensitive identifiers.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.

5. Accounts and administrator access

Some features require authentication. You must protect your login method and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Administrative access is restricted and may be logged or revoked.

6. Future paid features

No payment is currently collected for the testing experience unless a checkout clearly states otherwise. Before paid access launches, the purchase screen should disclose price, included features, billing timing, cancellation terms, refund policy, and any recurring charge. A displayed future price range is not a binding offer.

7. Intellectual property

The service, branding, interface, original text, and software are owned by or licensed to Northstar Wealth Map and protected by applicable law. You may use a report generated for you for personal, noncommercial planning. No other license is granted.

8. Third-party services and links

Links to government agencies, professionals, cost-of-living sources, or other services are provided for convenience and education. We do not control or endorse their content, availability, privacy, security, or services.

9. No guarantees; service availability

Results are estimates, not promises. We do not guarantee investment performance, savings, benefit eligibility, debt reduction, tax results, retirement readiness, professional availability, email delivery, or uninterrupted service. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northstar Wealth Map and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, or decisions made in reliance on the service. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid for the relevant service during the prior 12 months or $100. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Northstar Wealth Map and its operators from claims arising from your unlawful misuse, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

12. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify or discontinue features and may restrict access for security, legal, operational, or misuse reasons. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance where permitted by law.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
